Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited (IFPT), launched in July 2004, is a closed-ended property investment company domiciled in Guernsey and listed on both the Channel Islands and London Stock Exchanges.

The management of IFPT transferred from Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited to Schroder Property Investment Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schroders Plc, with effect from January 2012.
