How can I make use of RSS?
To get RSS feeds, you need an RSS reader. Available readers are FeedDemon or FeedReader (which is free) but there are many other readers available, including Mozilla Firefox (an alternative internet browser) and Mozilla Thunderbird (email program). Try searching on Google for RSS readers.

How can I sign up to your RSS feed?
Step 1. Click on the link at the bottom of this page for the news feed page.
Step 2. Copy the URL that appears in the address bar of this page to your clipboard
Step 3. Follow the instructions from your reader program to add this XML feed to your RSS list.
