Schroder Property Investment Management Limited (SPrIM) was appointed as the Company's Investment Manager with effect from January 2012, in place of Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited ("IREIM"). SPrIM has employed a number of individuals from IREIM who were directly involved with the management of the Company's portfolio.

SPrIM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Schroders Plc. Schroders is a global asset management company with £182.2 billion funds under management (30 September 2011). It has been managing property funds since 1971 with £9.5 billion property assets under management in a broad range of open and closed ended property funds, offering investors exposure to both diversified and sector focused portfolios, with differing risk and return profiles.

At SPrIM, Nick Montgomery will be responsible for the management of the Company's property portfolio.

As Investment Manager, SPrIM is also responsible for maintaining this Website.
